For verification of Iron – In this test, Test Reagent 1 and Test Reagent – 2 reacts with ferric (iron) ions to generate a Prussian blue.For verification of Iodine – – In this test, Test Reagent – 3 and Test Reagent – 4 reacts with iodine to generate  a dark brownish colour.
